The Baumard vineyard has been selected by the maGazinth international Wine and Spirits as one of the top 100 Domaines wineries in the world.
Among the magnificent wines produced by this Domaine, Premiers Grands Crus, true to its charter retained only the quarter stubble as it is the only one of all their wines entitled to the Grand Cru designation.
All the grapes are harvested manually by successive sorting in the vineyard.
This is a sweet wine very close to the structure in the mouth of Sauternes The nose is powerful with hints of quince, pear and acacia honey. The mouth is ample, round with an exquisite fine point of minerality.
It has unique terroir and location. Its wines are of rare breed and elegance, with a remarkable texture that combines power and clarity, richness and precision. Floral bouquets, citrus and orchard fruit notes are mixed.
