The Cognacs Daniel Bouju, an artisanal and family production since 1805 in the heart of the Grande Champagne, classified Premier Cru of the Region of Cognac.
The Cognacs offered come exclusively from the Daniel Bouju property, which has a total surface area of about fifteen hectares.
Premiers Grands Crus, in accordance with its Charter, has selected these Cognacs because they all come from Premier Cru in the Cognac Region, a Cru Classé at the very top of the hierarchy of Cognacs in terms of quality.
The Vieux Pineau has aged at least 7 years in old oak barrels.
A beautiful golden straw color, with aromas of ripe fruit and Secs. It is fruity, with the taste of grapes and a hint of Charentais rancio. This Vieux Pineau has a liveliness that awakens the senses.
Serve chilled as an aperitif or just chilled to accompany many dishes. Excellent with foie gras.
