The Cognacs Daniel Bouju, an artisanal and family production since 1805 in the heart of the Grande Champagne, classified Premier Cru of the Region of Cognac.
The Cognacs offered come exclusively from the Daniel Bouju property, which has a total surface area of about fifteen hectares.
Premiers Grands Crus, in accordance with its Charter, has selected these Cognacs because they all come from Premier Cru in the Cognac Region, a Cru Classé at the very top of the hierarchy of Cognacs in terms of quality.
The Très vieux Pineau has aged at least 15 years in old oak barrels.
Old gold in color.
The aging has concentrated the fruitiness and the Charentais rancio is more intense. Very good length on the palate.
It can be enjoyed during a meal or after dinner at temperature or just chilled.
