Bache-Gabrielsen

The House Bache-Gabrielsen was founded in 1905 at Cognac by Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen of Norwegian origin. The company is now run by Hervé Bache-Babrielsen, the fourth generation. Annual production: more than one million bottles.

Premiers Grands Crus has retained and chosen the Cognacs Grande Champagne Premier Cru for their very high qualities.

Description Bache Gabrielsen Très Vieux Pineau Blanc.

It's a blend of grape juice and Cognac, at the time of harvest, all produced on wine estates in the Cognac delimited region.

This blend is then aged in French oak barrels in the cellars for over 15 years.

La robe is old gold.

Mouth and nose: acacia honey, Ente pruneau, hazelnuts and almonds, fruit Secs like apricot. A very round and velvety finish on the palate with cinnamon and a hint of mocha.

To be enjoyed at around 12° C with gambas fricassee a la plancha, foie gras canapés, pan-fried foie gras. Would also go well with blue-veined cheeses such as Roquefort.
