Prices

All our prices are expressed per unit and in EUROS including VAT by default excluding shipping costs. They are applicable at the time of the order on the site (except error or omission)
Our prices are valid subject to available stocks.
Under the law n°80335 of 12/05/1980, the goods remain our property until full payment.

Payment method

The payment of products purchased on PREMIERS GRANDS CRUS is payable in full when ordering. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Paypal
- Bank transfer: our bank details will be sent to you by email when the order is validated
Secure payment is managed by our Paypal service provider Prestashop Checkout. Your card number, expiration date and the visual cryptogram are collected by Paypal Prestashop Checkout in an encrypted and indecodable manner using SSL technology. PREMIERS GRANDS CRUS does not have access to this information.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received. Any order not paid within 8 days will be cancelled without any formality. The transfer of ownership takes place as soon as the order is delivered to the address indicated.

Security

A high level SSL encryption guarantees the online payment of orders.

Delivery

Upon receipt of the payment for the order, PREMIERS GRANDS CRUS starts the preparation and delivery operations. The ordered items are delivered to the address provided by the customer. In case of error or lack of information leading to a default or absence of delivery, PREMIERS GRANDS CRUS cannot be held responsible. In the event of a return due to an incomplete address, the customer will have the option of either modifying the address and having the merchandise reshipped at the customer's expense, or having the order refunded after deduction of the initial shipping costs.

Returns and claims

Claims are accepted within 14 days after receipt of the order.
In case of reserve for missing or damaged:
- Mention the reserve on the delivery note presented by the carrier
- Send photos of the package and the damaged products to : [email protected]
In case of breakage: we will send you back the product(s) in the same condition as they are available in stock. PREMIERS GRANDS CRUS is responsible for the shipping costs. If the product is no longer available, we will either replace it with a similar product, or refund all or part of the order, as the case may be.
In case of loss or theft: we will contact the carrier to initiate an investigation, which may take several weeks. At this end and according to the conclusions, we will send you back the missing product. PREMIERS GRANDS CRUS is responsible for the shipping costs.

Cancellation period

You have the possibility to cancel your order 14 days after its validation date, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by filling out a statement according to the model below and send it to us by email at the following address: [email protected]

Competent Jurisdiction

Pursuant to Article 18 of Regulation No. 1215/2012 of December 12, 2012, these general conditions of sale are subject to French law.
Unless otherwise provided, only the courts of the jurisdiction of our business will be competent in case of dispute of any kind, dispute or difficulty of interpretation of these general conditions of sale and more generally concerning the existing relationship between the parties. This clause applies even in case of summary proceedings, incidental demand or plurality of defendants.
If the general conditions of sale are translated into a foreign language, the French language will prevail over any other translation in case of dispute, litigation, difficulty of interpretation or execution of the general conditions of sale, and more generally, concerning the existing relationship between the parties.

Special precautions

We decline all responsibility when opening our bottles, in particular those of our Champagnes which are under pressure.
