Maxime Trijol
The Trijol House is located in the heart of the Cognac Region a few kilometers from Cognac. Part of the vineyard extends over Grande Champagne, Premier Cru and is planted mainly with Ugni-Blanc.
Their first still for distilling was set up in 1859 and the House is to this day run by a fifth generation, Jean-Jacques Trijol.
True to its Charter, Premiers Grands Crus has retained only the Cognacs Trijol Grande Champagne, a cru among the 6 crus of the Cognac region but ranked Premier Cru right at the top in the hierarchy of crus of Cognac for its qualities.

In the nose: very nice complexity from peach, marmalade of autumn fruits to Corsican mandarin.
In the mouth: a wide range of stewed fruits. Fine expression of vanilla.
