A very good year for this Cognac coming exclusively from Grande Champagne classified as Premier Cru.
It is a single-cru cognac
To be tasted in a tulip or balloon glass in order to capture the many layers of perfume, from white flowers such as hawthorn or acacia, to more structured scents of musk, old leather with a finish on coffees from Brazil or Ethiopia. Will also go very well clear on ice cubes.
