La Maison Trijol is located in the heart of the Cognac region, a few kilometers from Cognac. Part of the vineyard extends over Grande Champagne, Premier Cru and is planted mainly with Ugni-Blanc.
Their first still to distill was set up in 1859, and the House is now run by a fifth generation, Jean-Jacques Trijol.
Faithful to its Charter, Premiers Grands Crus has retained only the Cognacs Trijol Grande Champagne, a cru among the 6 crus of the Cognac region but ranked Premier Cru right at the top in the hierarchy of crus of Cognac for its qualities.
Color: deep topaz with some amber reflections.
The nose expresses a wide aromatic palette of then white flowers like the flower of the strawberry tree, the apple tree to see the cherry tree.
