A family business created in 1880 by Gaston Tessendier, the distillery today has a Domaine of more than 25 hectares in the heart of the most exclusive of the crus of the Cognac region: the Borderies.
4th generation of Maitres de Chain, Lilian & Jérôme Tessendier compose, assemble the eaux-de-vie which thanks to a particular and rigorous attention carried daily by all the team, will become Cognacs Park with a pure, delicate and complex style.
The Cognac Park Organic is composed of : 100% Fins bois, producing round, supple and smooth eaux-de-vie.
The medium intensity of the Extra fire produces aromas with a certain tannin (spicy aromas, chocolate...). This vigorous grape variety, which brings freshness and finesse, allows the terroir its greatest expression. The Cognac Park is aged in 400-liter oak casks, mainly from Limousin. 6 months in new casks, then housed in red casks.
Traditional Charentais double distillation (known as "à repasse") with 25-hectoliter copper stills produces finely crafted spirits.
