La robe is St Domingue mahogany, the palate, like the nose, expresses fragrances of Provence jasmine, iris and white flowers between lime and pear with a slight hint of violet, while the flavors are fruit Secs (fig, Ente plum, dried Crete apricot, dried prune) roasted hazelnut and almond with an extended vanilla mocha finish.
