The House Bache-Gabrielsen was founded in 1905 at Cognac by Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen of Norwegian origin. The company is now run by Hervé Bache-Babrielsen, the fourth generation. Annual production: more than one million bottles.

This is a Cognac Fine Champagne composed of Grande Champagne 1er cru for a minimum of 50%, and Petite Champagne 2ème cru.
This is a very floral Cognac with aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, honey and Sandalwood.
The palate offers lightly peppery notes (gray and white pepper), fruit Secs (Ente plum and Crête apricot).
Dense amber color.
