This House of Winegrowers is located in Segonzac in the heart of the Grande Champagne, Premier Cru of the Region of Cognac. The vineyard occupies an area of 18 ha exclusively in Grande Champagne around Segonzac, capital of the Grande Champagne.
A unique and limited Cognac, produced in only 84 copies.
Unique in its kind, it is made from a single barrel, and belongs to the very Rare category of single cask.
Made exclusively from the 2006 harvest, this Cognac aged for over 15 years transmits aromas that are both fresh and floral, accompanied by a very nice roundness on the palate.
This cask-aged Brut will go perfectly with a chocolate ganache.
