The spirits are stored and aged in old Limousin oak barrels with large or medium grain size.
The colour is a deep strong amber.
Non-filtered Cognac. Without any aggressivity, smooth and supple, the Charentais rancio is very complex. Various subtle aromas, with very fruity notes.
