A blend made from 3 grape varieties: Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc and Colombard.

- +

A blend made from 3 grape varieties: Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc and Colombard, over 4 vintages: 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

It is a cognac of blends whose grapes and wines have been harvested exclusively in Grande Champagne classified Premier Cru of the delimited region of Cognac.

It is a VSOP category cognac of which the youngest cognacs are at least 5 years old.

The grape varieties that compose it are Uni-blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard.

To the eye: very clear amber

Both the nose and the palate reveal scents of white flowers, a dominant but not the only one, resulting from the Folle Blanche grape variety, more structured aromas such as musk, cinnamon, nutmeg, coming from the Uni-Blanc grape and flavors on acacia, rose and peony honey from Colombard. A wide range of aromas and flavors due to this exceptional blend.

A splendor on ice cubes or throughout a meal alternating with very cold water and the dishes served. Will go very well with a schweppes on ice cubes or with a citrus schweppes.

Size : 700ml
Alcohol Degree : 42%
Appellation : Cognac Grande Champagne Premier Cru
Grapes : Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc, Colombard
