The exceptional alliance of the three vintages 1989 - 1991 - 1993

- +

This rare and exceptional cognac is a blend of 3 Vintages aged in French oak barrels, selected for their potential of flavors and fragrances and above all their great complementarity: 1989, 1991 and 1993:

1989: the year 1989 forms the basis of Multimillages n ° 7. It provides structure to the blend. A floral nose with iris then fruity with notes of quince compote. On the palate, this vintage brings slightly vanilla and woody hints.

1991: finesse and subtlety. This vintage brings roundness and delicacy with its aromatic notes of candied fruit, orange, apricot, honey and spices.

1993: power ... The 1993 vintage offers notes of citrus, then apricot, as well as a delicate woody note. The palate is powerful, notes of dried fruits, hazelnuts and honey are noticeable just like the rancio.

Brilliant color with warm yellow-orange reflections.

On the nose: very fine finesse and aromatic complexity. The attack is floral, dominated by aromas of lime blossom and dried flowers followed by fruity touches composed of fragrances of orange, dried citrus fruits such as apricot and plum d'Ente. .

On the palate, these aromas are relayed by notes of candied fruit: orange, apricot then by voluptuous notes more vanilla.
