The House Marancheville, located in Mainxe, one of the winegrowing villages in Grande Champagne of Cognac classified Premier Cru of the Region of Cognac, is run by a family of distillers and winegrowers by tradition who about 5 years ago expanded their activities by developing a Brand of Cognac.
Description Marancheville XO.
It is a Cognac coming exclusively from vines planted in Grande Champagne classified as Premier Cru in the Cognac region.
The color is light amber and the nose at first approach reveals hints of fine white flowers with a very light fragrance of violet followed by a wide range of candied fruits such as Ente plum, apricot from the Garonne valley or fig from Turkey.
Then come more pronounced scents such as gray and black peppers, walnut, leather, musk intimately linked followed by cocoa and coffee, as an invitation to the cigar of pleasures.
The final in mouth takes back the whole of the perfumes added of fine touches of undergrowth.
A cognac on great coffee and perhaps, for the amateurs, in the empty hot cup whose heat will recreate the palette of perfumes and tastes that will amplify the cigar. A great moment!
