A very old Cognac of 45 years on average, from the succession of the Peyrot family.

- +

It is a cognac made from a blend of cognacs coming exclusively from Grande Champagne, classified Premier Cru, one of the crus of the delimited region of cognac and placed at the top of the qualitative hierarchy due to its very limestone terroir, an element key to obtain an optimal quality of the wines which after distillation in two stages will concentrate the aromas and the tastes. A whole art that previous generations have passed on.

Blending during aging takes over: a second art that is all the more successful as it has been passed down from generation to generation.

The color is mahogany while, after visual analysis, the nose reveals very beautiful, very fine floral expressions. The palate is very full and rich with a very diverse palette on a blond tobacco with smoky expressions, spices such as gray and black peppers, musk and coffee / cocoa for example.

To be served at room temperature on Romeo and Juliet or Cohiba after a chocolate dessert and a grand cru coffee.

Size : 700ml
Alcohol Degree : 45%
Appellation : Cognac Grande Champagne Premier Cru

It is on the property of "Bergeronettes" - a vineyard of approximately 25 hectares - that François Peyrot exercises his art which he has held for several generations.

The vineyard is located in Gondeville on the edge of Grande Champagne, the premier cru of cognac, classified at the top of the qualitative hierarchy of Cognac vintages. It has been driven by a third generation of "Peyrot" since 1893.
