It is in the archives of the end of the 18th century that we find traces of the Roullet family settled a few miles from Jarnac and Cognac in a vineyard property isolated in the middle of the vineyard named Le Goulet. In 1772, the first vines were planted by this family of winegrowers, distillers and merchants in Cognacs
At the dawn of 3 centuries of existence, the traditions with the 9th generation, continue but the vineyard has expanded and it is now composed of 140 ha of Fins Bois, the 4th Cru of the Cognac region, 46 ha in Grande Champagne, classified Premier Cru and the rest in Petite Champagne, that is to say, 18 ha classified 2nd Cru.
