This vineyard located in Eraville a short distance from Segonzac, the capital of the Grande Champagne, traces its origins back to 1730. The property was passed down from generation to generation until Jean Luc Pasquet inherited the property in 1970. It is only in 1977 that Jean Luc Pasquet will start bottling his production.
The vineyard is maintained in organic agriculture and planted with Uni-Blanc grape variety, one of the three grape varieties of the Region of Cognac. This vineyard also has a few vines of Folle Blanche, the King grape variety of the Region of Cognac before the phylloxera crisis at the end of the 19th century. This very fragile grape variety gave rise at the time, however, to eaux de vie of incomparable finesse and richness, both olfactory and gustatory.
The House raises several qualities of Cognacs of different ages under labels specific to each quality.
Beautiful golden yellow color. The nose is frank, intense and very fruity, reflecting the youth of the cognac.
One discovers aromas of white fruits (grape, pear), oak and citrus notes. The aromas of mouth are persistent on a grape-grapefruit range.
You can enjoy it alone or on ice. It will also be perfect for the elaboration of your favorite cocktails.
