Billecart-Salmon

This House, founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, is still one of the last family-run and independent Champagne Houses, run by François Roland-Billecart, head of the 6th generation.

Founded in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart and Elizabeth Salmon.

An independent House for nearly 200 years, now run by the sixth generation, whose unchanging oath is: Give priority to quality, aim for excellence.

Description Billecart-Salmon Brut Sous-Bois.

It is a champagne of assembly of the three type of vines of the Champagne area: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.

It is vinified in oak barrels.

Beautiful bright gold color

On the nose as well as on the palate: very nice vinosity mixed with the freshness of the fruits with a final note of mushrooms and acacia honey.

To be served around 10°C as an aperitif or with noble fish such as sea bass or turbot fillets with Champagne. Will also go perfectly well with white meats.
