The Champagne Siret Frère et Sœur is the fruit of a family renaissance, the union of two terroirs, that of the Côte des blancs and the Côte des Bar. Entirely family-run and handcrafted, from the cultivation of the vines to the numbering of the bottle, the wines reflect its identity and the art of time.

With respect for biodiversity and the rhythms of nature in the vineyards, cellar-aged for a minimum of 48 months and low dosage, the harmony of Siret wines is born from the mastery of time.

The Domaine operates a vineyard area of 3.5 hectares spread over 25 parcels. The vines come from massal selection throughout the vineyard.

Limitation of tillage, inputs, absence of synthetic inSecticides, application of herbal teas and plant decoctions... their work in the vineyard is part of an agro-ecological, alternative and thoughtful approach.

Description Champagne Siret Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2013.

This is a Champagne blend composed exclusively of 100% Chardonnay grapes, sourced solely from the Grands Crus of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger.

The wine is cellared for a minimum of 48 months.

La robe is golden, brilliant.

On the nose and palate: a very fine, qualitative attack of white flowers such as acacia, lime, cherry, apple and pear. Followed by finely chiselled touches of citrus fruits such as kumquat, Menton lemon and Florida pink grapefruit.

Dining and wine pairing: ideal with shellfish, such as Brittany blue lobster, on fish such as turbot or monkfish caviar perfumed with coriander.

Bottle to be cellared away from light and noise with a humidity level of 70%. Tastings from time to time are recommended to assess its qualitative peak.
