This blend of several great years from Chouilly, this most elegant Grand cru from the Côte des Blancs spent 10 years ageing on lees in cellar.
The colour is a deep liquid gold.
Intense and complex nose of yellow and white fruits, roasted hazelnuts, candied citruses, acacia flowers and elegant mineral notes.
To the palate : wide and great finesse with a superb range of flavours combined with fragrances.
Alcohol level : 12%
Food pairings : Lobster, shellfish ravioles or veal sweetbreads and every noble fish.
To be served around 10°C.
