This cuvée is an emblematic signature of "French chic".

It is a dry champagne made from blends coming only from two Grand Cru villages Mesnil-sur-Oger and Mailly-Champagne and from four villages classified Premier Cru, Cumières, Grauves, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Biseuil. Made up of 70% Pinot Noir grapes and 30% Chardonnay grapes, the Brigitte Bardot cuvée is the “Gourmet of the House” Besserat de Bellefon signature.

"Inspired, then signed, the Brigitte Bardot cuvée shines with the sparkle of 'Chic à la Française' that it spreads throughout the world".

The bottles are taken to the cellar on slats for 5 years aging on the lees, followed by disgorging for a minimum of 6 months before the date of shipment.

The color is adorned with a deep and luminous gold.

On the nose and on the palate: delicate notes of vine peach and small red fruits such as Burlat cherry, wild strawberry with a few touches of white flowers such as acacia. The palate is greedy with aromas of toasted brioche and vine peach.

Food / wine pairing: to be served between 8 ° C and 10 ° C, this cuvée will be ideal to accompany Belon oysters, fish such as semi-cooked tuna in Yakitori sauce or sea bream tartare. Perfect in association also with a Tropézienne or desserts made from fresh fruit.

Maison Besserat de Bellofon was created in 1843 in the village of Aÿ by Edmond Besserat.
