The Domaine of Frederic Savart covers four hectares and is located in the Secteur of the village of Ecueil, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims. A Champagne house that happens to be a real pearl of prestige and high quality, where the conduct of the vineyard and winemaking is worthy of a work of goldsmith.

The House Savart: exceptional know-how

Frédéric Savart took over his father's vineyard planted on 3.5 hectares of Pinot Noir and 0.5 hectares of Chardonnay, and is constantly seeking to elaborate Champagnes offering the purest expression of their terroir possible. He favors hand work and preventive methods in order to create an ecosystem within his vineyards. He then guides the vinifications in a gentle and precise manner so that the wines retain their identity. His Champagnes are thus imbued with emotion and express a lot of finesse and distinction. Great Champagnes from a winemaker, quite simply.

Savard's iconic cuvées

L'Ouverture, the perfect name to introduce its first must-have cuvée and which constitutes its debut in Premier Cru. Made with 100% Pinot Noir, it has beautiful balance, fruity notes and a fine bubble, making it a perfect Champagne for the aperitif.

L'Accomplie is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, is a silky, elegant and round Champagne due to the fact that malolactic fermentation is partially completed. Particularly exquisite with refined entrees.

The 2017 Mont Benoit is a Extra-Brut that has nice tension, freshness and vinosity giving it a lot of charm.

Grape variety : 30% Chardonnay - 70% Pinot Noir

Half of the wines are aged in oak barrels.

In the nose: exotic fruits and sweet spices are the dominant ones

The mouth is silky and elegant.

To be served around 10°C on smoked salmon or foie gras canapés.
