It is a cuvée made from Pinot Noir grapes from a single plot, Les Champs Saint Martin, located in Verzenay, on the Montagne de Reims.
It is a gently sloping plot, with a soil made up of a first layer of clay, then after about thirty centimeters, we find pure chalk.
It is a terroir that gives wines of great purity, wines that gain in weight and aroma with age.
This champagne offers a beautiful minerality, notes of red fruits, then in the middle of the mouth, more lively, more nervous notes. It is a remarkable cuvée of intensity.
