It is a Grand Cru Champagne exclusively from the villages of Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly
planted with Chardonnay and Bouzy grapes planted with Pinot Noir.
It is also a blend of Chardonnay grape variety for 92% and 8% in red Bouzy Grand Cru.
The dress is partridge eye.
On the nose and on the palate: white summer flowers, lychee, white vine peaches, acacia honey, small red fruits such as wild strawberries.
The finish is very mineral with a very round expression.
Food / wine pairing: on white meats flavored with white or black truffles, or on a lemon tart.
