A Grand Cru Champagne from a single harvest : 2011

- +

This Champagne is made with a single grape variety : Chardonnay 100% Blanc de Blancs, and is a blend of wines from the Cramant Grand Cru, exclusively harvested in 2011.

The wine is then bottled and laid on laths and under cork in cellars for at least 6 years.

The colour is a shimmering gold.

The nose is full of candied fruit scents, combined with mineral and buttery notes.

The taste is that of brioche and toasted bread with touches of grilled almond, finishing on a fine touch of coffee.

To be served around 12°C with scallops or a seafood risotto for example.
