Elaborated by De Venoge - View other products
The Master of the Cellars has chosen the great years exclusively to create this symphony in homage to the King of France Louis XV who granted in 1728 many privileges to the wines of Champagne.
This Champagne brut is classified Grand Cru, at the top of the qualitative hierarchy of these masterpieces of nature composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes in parity.
The robe is bright Versailles gold.
On the nose as well as on the palate: a concerto played with art between white flowers, citrus fruits, small red fruits, almond, and toasted brioche with peppery notes. Remarkable salinity on a very long finish.
Food and wine pairing : a Champagne par excellence for a whole meal with medallions of lobster, grilled sea fish, white meat flavored with black truffles from Quercy and citrus fruit tart.
To be kept in the cellar, bottle lying down, protected from light and noise, with an average hygrometry of 70% and with tastings over time to measure its qualitative evolution until its peak.

Henri-Marc de Venoge emigrated from his native Canton of Vaud in Switzerland to Champagne and created de Venoge et Cie in 1837 with his son Joseph.
The house will be installed initially in Mareuil sur Aÿ and it is only later that it will be installed in Epernay.
The generations will follow one after the other and the House is still installed in Epernay in the famous Avenue de Champagne.
The House produces around 2 million bottles per year with different blends from all the villages of Champagne.
