This champagne comes exclusively from the André Beaufort vineyard, planted in the Grand Cru d'Ambonnay, one of the 17 villages classified Grand Cru, at the top of the quality hierarchy of champagnes. The cuvée was made from several harvests thus constituting a perpetual reserve

It is a champagne with a majority of Pinot Noir grape variety.

Champagne André Beaufort is an extremely rare pearl in the middle of an exceptional region - Champagne - and what is more is located in Ambonnay, also one of the rare of the 17 classified Grands Crus of the Champagne region.

The Beaufort family's vines are located in the heart of Champagne, a stone's throw from Reims, Epernay and Chalons sur Marne. They extend over a limestone soil, a key element in the wonderful alchemy of Champagne making and very favorable to give birth to a Grand Vin, classified as Grand Cru, as defined by the sommeliers of high reputation at the beginning. The wines are then bottled and placed on slats and age on the lees before being disgorged some time before shipping and the disgorging date is written on each bottle.
