Located to the western end of the Grand Cru plot, from 130 to 170 metres high, on a rather deep soil made of marls and clay, and south-west-facing.

Rich bouquet with intense mineral notes. Ample and smooth to the taste, both firm and solid.
Food pairing : fishes, shellfishes, grilled or in creamy sauce seafood. Poultry and white meats, grilled or in creamy sauce.

The William FEVRE House is located in Chablis, in the heart of the Chablis Grands Crus.
From a winegrowers family for more than two centuries, William FEVRE had his first harvest in 1959, produced on 7 hectares in Chablis. The William Fevre House, half a century later, owns 51 hectares in Chablis, of which 15,32 in Grands Crus.
