The nose opens with notes of toast and nuts, fresh notes of citrus and yellow fruits.
The palate is generous in the attack and evolves into delicate and gourmet notes of dried apricots mixed with citrus fruits (candied lemon, tangerine).

La Tour Blanche is a Sauternes classified Premier Grand Cru according to the prestigious 1855 list.
The vineyard, which is around 30 years old, is based on gravelly, clayey, siliceous and limestone soil and subsoil.
Grape variety: Sémillon 77%, Sauvignon 20%, Muscadelle 3%.
All the harvest is manual and is carried out by successive sorting according to the maturity of the grape. Sorting table: in the cellar.
Production is around 80,000 bottles, or a yield of around 2,000 bottles per hectare, depending on the vintage.
The wine is aged entirely in new barrels for 18 to 24 months following the harvest.
