Château Canon is a Premiers Grand Cru Classé from Saint-Emilion located on the Premier Grands Crus plateau.

The area of the vineyard is approximately 22 hectares with an average age of the vines of 40 years. Grape variety: Merlot Noir: 65% and Cabernet Franc: 35%.
All the harvest is manual with a sorting table in the cellar. The vatting lasts approximately 18 to 25 days and the wine is then aged in new barrels for 60% for 19 to 20 months before bottling.
