The area of the vineyard is relatively small since it is only 7 hectares and the vines are planted on clay-limestone soil and subsoil.

All the harvest is manual and the wine is aged in barrels in 50% new barrels.

The annual production varies according to the vintage and turns around 35,000 bottles.
