Situated in the heart of the geological faults of RIBEAUVILLE composed of Jurassic limestone and marl.

The vines are planted on a poor chalky soil and have to fight to find their way in this limestone to survive.

This Grand Cru has a ageing potential of 30 years.

Grapes: It is a blending of different Alsatian grape variaties such as Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Chasselas Rose...

Nose: citrus, exotic fruit, honey and vanilla.

In mouth: a remarkable freshness.

To be servde around 10°C.

Pairing: Fois gras terrine, chicken (with honey and lemon), beef tartar, blue cheese or fruit-based desserts.
