Château Grand Mayne spreads on a surface area of 18 hectares, with clay-limestone soil on the steep part, clay in the centre at the bottom of the hill, and sand on clay in the lower half.
Grape varieties : Merlot 75%, Cabernet Franc 15%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.
The whole harvest is done by hand and the win matures for 14 to 20 months depending on the year in new barrels for 70% to 100%.
The production, depending on the year, amounts to 83 barrels, which is around 100.000 bottles, and an average yield of 4.100 to 4.200 litres per hectare.
