Leclerc Briant

Created in Cumières in 1872 by Lucien Leclerc, Domaine moved to Epernay in 1955 to its current premises on Chemin de la Chaude Ruelle. At the same time, under the leadership of Bertrand Leclerc, great-grandson of the founder, and his wife Jacqueline Briant, Domaine became Maison de Négoce, and took the name Leclerc Briant. In 2012, the purchase of Leclerc Briant by Mark Nunnelly and Denise Dupré rescued the Maison from oblivion. This American couple, passionate about French art de vivre, fell in love with this non-conformist Maison. They joined forces with Frédéric Zeimett, a native of Champagne, who has since steered the House ever upwards of the Champagne codes, in the service of expressing a unique style now internationally recognized.
