Owner of 65 hectares of vines located between the heart of Grande Champagne de Cognac and the banks of the Charente River in Petite Champagne de Cognac, Maison Brillet; an entirely family-run business, the production, distillation and bottling activities are carried out, before offering a range of prestigious Cognacs.

The house and its cellars run alongside the river, a historic situation, like many Cognac houses, which allowed barges to come and load the wine harvested on the neighboring slopes or load the distilled harvest in order to prolong its conservation in the following years. appreciated by the Scandinavian countries or New France (later called Canada) founded by Dugua de Mons and Champlain.

If the archives testify to the existence of this family going back to 1656, it was not until 1850 that Guy Brillet moved to Angeac as a winegrower. The Maison is now run by a fifth generation of the same name.
