The lands of Clerc Milon were included in the vast estates of the seigneury of Lafite in the 18th century. During the Revolution in 1789 Château Clerc Milon was sold as National Property. It was the Clerc family who acquired it and associated its name with that of the hamlet of Pauillac where it is located: Milon

It is a fifth Grand Cru Classé according to the prestigious list of 1855.

This vineyard stretches over the magnificent hills of Milon and Mousset, while being contiguous to Château Lafite and Château Mouton-Rothschild en Pauillac

Château Clerc Milon has an area of ​​43 hectares with grape varieties distributed as follows: Cabernet Sauvignon 46%, Merlot 39%, Cabernet franc 12%, Petit Verdot 2% and Carmenère 1%. Production is of the order of 85 barrels, ie 100 to 105,000 bottles per year.
