All our items are checked before shipping and we assume no responsibility for missing or damaged items. Any reservations for missing or damaged items must be mentioned on the delivery note given by the carrier and a copy must be sent to us for a complaint or identical replacement. Complaints are only accepted within 8 days of receipt of goods.
