Premiers Grands Crus team takes great care in preparing your order. We control each shipment and only use protective packaging to avoid breakage.
We ship the parcels, from Monday to Friday, except public holidays, in France. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary according to circumstances beyond our control. All orders received before 11:45 am are prepared the same day (excluding weekends and holidays in France)
You must check your packages upon receipt and in the presence of the deliveryman. In case of doubt (breakage, missing, repackaging, ...) you must refuse the package or report any anomaly on the delivery slip, next to the signature of the deliveryman. You have a period of 2 days to make a claim to our customer service.
You don't find a suitable solution in our offer: multidestination delivery, storage in a cellar or delivery on the floor? Do not hesitate to contact us for a customised quote.
